About Our Parent and Toddler Class
At Brookes Dance Academy, our Parent and Toddler class is designed for confident walkers up to school age, giving you and your little one the chance to enjoy movement and music together.
This general movement and dance class, with a bit of singing along the way, gives young children the opportunity to socialise and build confidence in a warm, welcoming environment. Along the way, children develop gross and fine motor skills, improve coordination, grow their imagination, and begin learning to listen to instructions and take turns — all while simply having fun.
Classes feature a variety of music genres, including rock and roll, hip hop (child-friendly!), pop, international music, classical, and favourite nursery rhymes.
