Registration Fee - There is a one-off registration fee of £15 which includes a free goodie bag.

Payment for Classes - Payable monthly by monthly Direct Debit.

Your monthly amount is calculated by adding up the number of classes taken in the year and dividing equally by 12 months, spreading out the cost for you. Therefore payments will still be taken when we are on school holidays (for example in August).

If payments are cancelled by you at any point in the year, the registration fee will be payable again to re-join the classes and the balance will still be payable for the missed payments.

One months notice is required to cancel classes / payments.

If a child is joining Brookes Dance Academy part-way through a term, the remaining classes in the year (excluding the free trial week) will be added up and divided by the number of months left in the year (Jan - Dec)

An invoice will always be sent before any payments are taken (at the beginning of the year) and you will also be notified by GoCardless before payments are taken.

GoCardless is ISO 27001 accredited, (ISO 27001 is a widely recognised, internationally accepted standard for information security). It is also authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority to provide payment services as an Authorised Payment Institution across the European Union.

DISCOUNTS
​
A 10% discount is offered on children’s classes based on the number of classes taken within a household.

INVOICES
Invoices are sent out yearly before the new term commences. Once the Direct Debit is set up you won’t need to set up reminders to pay or manually pay each time the payment is due. Recurring payments are collected via GoCardless and will taken automatically on the agreed date (either the 1st or 15th or each month).
Payments are protected and you can request a refund in the unlikely scenario of any payments collected in error, directly through your bank. (For more information on payment protection, please see here.)

If the student is joining Brookes Dance Academy half way through a term, an invoice will be sent by email after the free trial week, on completion of the registration form.
