Stretching challenge - week 2
We are now well and truly into our 8 week stretching challenge using the Alixa Flexibility Method. The students have 4 exercises to practise at least 4 times a week for 8 weeks. We have taken before photos and I look forward to showing you the end results!
Stretching helps all our dance genres from Ballet to Modern and Acro, along with the stretching exercises we also strengthen to stabilise our joints.
