Baby Ballet                                
Ages 2 - 4 years. Building basic ballet steps using imagination, songs, rhythms, games and story telling. At the end of the lesson we have an introduction to tap dance.

Pre - Primary

Ages 4 - 6 years. Basic ballet steps, for the slightly stronger child with a more typical ballet class format.  Building physical strength, co-ordination and stamina while still encouraging creativity, imagination and musicality. The lesson includes elements of Pre-Primary Tap.

Primary Ballet

Age 5 upwards after having studied some dance already. The children will start to work towards taking their first ISTD  Imperial Ballet exam should they wish to and when they are ready.

Grade 2 Ballet
Age 8 upwards

Age 7 upwards

Grade 2 Tap and Grade 3 Modern
Age 8 upwards

Grade 4 Tap and Modern

Following the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus. Students work on Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Limbering and Tumbling at their own Level. Age 2 upwards

Adult Tap

Beginners - intermediate level class

Body Conditioning

Age 7 upwards. This class is to stretch, strengthen and improve muscle memory. We use the Progressing Ballet Technique alongside other stretching and strengthening techniques.

A yoga ball, Thera-band and mat are required for the class

Pointe Class

Age 12 upwards.  Beginner's Pointe work class, the girls perform exercises to strengthen their legs and feet as well as basic Pointe work exercises. A squash ball, Thera-band and Pointe shoes are required for the class.

Age guidelines for class levels are at the teachers discretion.
